The chew on Greyhound wasn't personal, just opening thread topic. It has been suggested by better educated than me, that Congress could declare that babies of illegals, insofar as they are legally not supposed to be here, have no legal standing to claim a 14th Amendment citizenship.
I confess, I am not comfortable with that arguement and would prefer an Amendment, but might make for a nice SCOTUS case if Congress could be so moved.

Why do I have to show a photo I.D. to ride the bus?Concord Trailways requires a photo I.D. for all passengers traveling with an adult ticket. We do not require identification for children under the age of 12 traveling with a parent or guardian, however, if they are traveling alone, they will need a school I.D., passport, or copy of their birth certificate. Children under the age of 17 with no photo I.D. must be accompanied by an adult with a photo I.D. upon purchasing a ticket. If you don't think La Raza, LULAC, Mecha, the Mexican Government don't have conquest plans, then tell me why they state that as their goal?
If 8 USC 1324 makes it a crime for Wells Fargo:
"Any person who . . . encourages or induces an alien to . . . reside . . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that such . . . residence is . . . in violation of law, shall be punished as provided . . . for each alien in respect to whom such a violation occurs . . . fined under title 18 . . . imprisoned not more than 5 years, or both."
Then more so for Greyhound Bus Lines, Inc.
". . . knowing or in reckless disregard of the fact that an alien has come to, entered, or remains in the United States in violation of law, transports, or moves or attempts to transport or move such alien within the United States by means of transportation or otherwise . . ." and even allows for Seizure and forfeiture: "Any conveyance, including any vessel, vehicle, or aircraft, that has been or is being used in the commission of a violation of subsection (a) of this section, the gross proceeds of such violation, and any property traceable to such conveyance or proceeds, shall be seized and subject to forfeiture."
As pointed out, maybe even the gas station owners where those buses refueled in furtherance of this Vast Right Wing Conspiracy to unify the entire North American Continent - I report; you decide.
