Good morning once again, all you fellow political junkies. Put on a fresh pot of coffee, put the sticky buns in the oven, put a fresh battery in the remote control, and join us for the latest episode of the world's greatest daytime soap opera, "As the Democrats Bloviate." Yup, once again, it's that time...
I don't, but it hasn't been many. Clinton, Kerry, Hatch, Frist, Durbin, Mikulski, Kennedy, Allen, Allard come to mind off the top of my head. Quite a few of them won't talk before the vote, and others will talk more than once. Byrd took the floor for awhile today, but talked in morning business about mine safety.
Could have been dementia setting in?
It's definitely true that Perot has a long-standing beef with the Bushes, but I've never heard it explained fully (and I live here--Texas, that is).
A half-crazed guy with unlimited funds and a halfway convincing spiel (Perot) gave us 8 years of Clinton.
He hasn't raised his head around here much since then.
And may I add, "Don't let the GOP tent flap hit you on the way out!"
Kennedy, Schumer, Durbin, and some of the others just keep rambling on and hogging camera time, as if there was a pecking order to these babbling morons!
I agree 110% too!
LOL! Can't they just hit the replay button?
How long are you willing to patiently wait....while they piddle on your leg and tell you it's raining?
Exactly.
People will begin to realize that Dems will compel them by law to carry out procedures that are against their consciences.
As rights are given to certain groups
(eg, to kill spouses, to abort)
then obligations are imposed on others.
You know...that was what Dana Milbank and Fat Chrissy were saying...
That this is such a loser for the dems...that you would think that they would pass him through quickly, so they can get Abramoff or the NSA scandal front and center...
TOP 5 SENATORS WHO ANNOY ME THE MOST
5. TEDDY KENNEDY
4. BARBARA BOXER
3. HILLLLLLERY
2. DICK DURBIN
1. THE MOST ANNOYING OF ALL CHUCK "ALWAYS WITH A S%$T EATING GRIN" SCHUMER
Amen!
I'm not even entirely sure he had dementia. A wheel might have fallen off or a screw might have worked itself loose perhaps.
For the Love of Elvis, Durbin is deeply concerned! I am losing it! DRINK!
*crickets*
LOL! Not so fast! Even critics of the program are now conceding that what the President says that he's doing is perfectly legal without a warrant.
They are looking for some strategery, but they still don't know what to do even when they get our playbook.
Linc is screw either way..If he votes against..he loses the primary..if he for for Alito, he may win the priamry, but he'll lsoe the general election.. And I for one..don't give a S**T..we lose the seat, we'll gain a few others...the GOP will gain in both houses of Congress this fall..and it's time to crack the heads of some of these RINOS..Chafees's the asswipe who voted for W.'s dad, remember...
A good list. I think what really sets them apart and annoys me the most is they talk down to people. Each one of them.
