Good morning once again, all you fellow political junkies. DOES ANYONE HAVE A LIST OF ALL THE SENATORS WHO HAVE ALREADY SPOKEN?

Huh? Can't hear you. ;-)

I don't, but it hasn't been many. Clinton, Kerry, Hatch, Frist, Durbin, Mikulski, Kennedy, Allen, Allard come to mind off the top of my head. Quite a few of them won't talk before the vote, and others will talk more than once. Byrd took the floor for awhile today, but talked in morning business about mine safety.

It's definitely true that Perot has a long-standing beef with the Bushes, but I've never heard it explained fully (and I live here--Texas, that is).

A half-crazed guy with unlimited funds and a halfway convincing spiel (Perot) gave us 8 years of Clinton.

He hasn't raised his head around here much since then.

So..."So long, farewell, auf wiedersehen, good-bye!"

And may I add, "Don't let the GOP tent flap hit you on the way out!"

Kennedy, Schumer, Durbin, and some of the others just keep rambling on and hogging camera time, as if there was a pecking order to these babbling morons!

How long are you willing to patiently wait....while they piddle on your leg and tell you it's raining?

Back to the thread topic...

1. What's your opinion of the confirmation hearings that are in progress?

2. Do you think Alito will be confirmed0?

3. If not, will there be a filibuster by the democrats?

4. If so, will the Constitutional Option be attempted?

5. If so, will it pass?

Keep up your culture of death, demmies. People will start to realize who you all really are.

Exactly.

People will begin to realize that Dems will compel them by law to carry out procedures that are against their consciences.

As rights are given to certain groups
(eg, to kill spouses, to abort)
then obligations are imposed on others.

You know...that was what Dana Milbank and Fat Chrissy were saying...

That this is such a loser for the dems...that you would think that they would pass him through quickly, so they can get Abramoff or the NSA scandal front and center...

I'm not even entirely sure he had dementia. A wheel might have fallen off or a screw might have worked itself loose perhaps.

LOL! Not so fast! Even critics of the program are now conceding that what the President says that he's doing is perfectly legal without a warrant.

They are looking for some strategery, but they still don't know what to do even when they get our playbook.

A good list. I think what really sets them apart and annoys me the most is they talk down to people. Each one of them.
