I don't believe this assumption that his diet killed him I don't either. A 20-year-old man is a human garbage disposal. Check out the dietary scene at any college in America. If he had been over 40, I might have believed it.

I don't believe this assumption that his diet killed him My BS meter is off the charts too. More likely he had Hepatitis C from either recreational drug use or promiscuous sex.
Although to be a little objective the guy who made that "Supersize Me" movie (where he ate nothing but McDonald's for a month) did suffer temporary liver damage.
