On Saturday the 14th a few strong hearty Freepers went to Olney to confront the latest moonbat gathering. The Peace Action group was present with one left over hippy (Bush Hater using some of his limited four letter vocabulary), several Quakers (focused just only one part of scripture, Blessed are the Peacemakers), and one or two DNCers (In Denial they voted for any Clinton). They arrived in their Asian cars with Kerry stickers on their bumpers, posters with pictures of fallen heroes, posters with War is not the Answer (with no other solutions), and two large banners. They number about 14 while we had only 7 (Get up off your butts if you have never come out and supported Freepers).

The Freeper roll call is Lurker Bill, Gate2Wire, Lurker Joan, Apple Blossom, my daughter, my stepdaughter, and bmwcyle.
The Saturday weather was extreme wind and cold temperature. After we arrived it only got worse. The wind picked progressively. Sleet and light snow began blowing at 65 to 70 miles an hour.
We arrive Lurker Bill positioned himself on the left side of the moonbats while we took the right.
Several of the Moonbats moved to the other side of the intersection and put up their large banners. It was quiet except for the nasty looks by the lefties as we set up. I thought things were too quiet so I let loose a Doctor Raoul chant, "War freed the slaves, war saved the Jews, Commies out of Olney". I hooked one. She came over and called me a "War Lover". I proceeded to tell her no one loves war. I said I believe in protecting America, saving more lives in NYC and the rest of the country, and fighting terrorist. I got standard reply, Bush started terrorism, Iraq had nothing to do with terrorism, and Bush lied, bah, bah, bah. Then I cut loose. I told them they were just there because they hated America, and hated Bush. I told them they were just using the pictures of fallen heroes to promote a politicial agenda and they were commies, cowards, and hypocrites. Then woman then put her hand on me. I told her to remove her hand or I will have the police remover her. They woman fled to the other side of the street while a younger lefty came to confront me.
She started with Bush spied and lied angle. I ask her where all the phony people of peace were when Clinton made war on the world. I reminded her of their hypocrisy and that they are only there because they hate Bush. I did give her any more time to lie to me. She retreated to the old hippy who was yelling F... Bush.
Gladly the young girls were in the car warming up. The weather was getting worse. Most the horns of the cars were for us. People would give thumbs down to the lefties and we would get thumbs up. Another moonbat came to confront me but she was to angry to speak.
Yes, after the delay I started on her. She had to walk away before she hit me. Apple Blossom heard her say how hard it was to Love her enemy. I say it not hard to love them, it is just hard to respect all the lies they seem to repeat. I also kept reminding the Quakers that the Bible says, "There is no greater gift then to give ones life for another" and I added they would never give that gift if you just stand for nothing.
One car went by and showed us support. It was full of American modern young GIs (yes Justanobody you missed it) that stopped. One came out in the cold with no coat to thank us. We of course thank him.
The wind got stronger and their banners started falling over.
One by one they left early but we stood until they broke up. They got back in their lefty slogan and Kerry bumper sticker cars. A few of the leftists stood talking on the corner.
This FREEP is for all our service members and Mr. and Mrs. Trooprally (Have a great vacation, you have earned it).

It is done, on our state board. Hope you get to do it yourself in a coupla months. I promise to be a good host all weekend!
My son hangs out with a kid whose parents are Quaker peaceniks. Things go kind of strained between the two during and after the 2004 election, but recently the kid has been coming around again.
He really seems to enjoy shooting the bb guns and bb pistols, which are taboo at his house.

I hope you told the Quakers the United States Armed Services Peacemakers surely appreciate their prayers.

When I left Joan was still having it out with the two 'peace' advocates. She's great. Doesn't take crap from anyone.

I'll never forget you telling that lady to get her hand off you. Wish I could have seen her face. I could hear you but not her.
She was not use to anyone talking to her like I did. This is what happens to people who get in their over bloated crusades while paving the road to hell with good intention. They are shocked when someone thinks the opposite of their own mind's perception of themselves.
Thanks for countering the Olney moonbats. Wasn't up to making the trip Saturday.
