Day 4: Hearing Resumes
This morning, Senators will question Judge Alito during a third round. They will then go into a closed session, to review the FBI background investigation on the Supreme Court nominee. Outside witnesses may be called to testify this afternoon, as well as the American Bar Association, to discuss its recommendations.

"Alito has so much more substance than Roberts does as far as the questions go."
Judge Alito gives more content because of his experiences, but I think Chief Justice Roberts was far smoother in his delivery.
Roberts was as automatic as any nomination I've ever seen in the Senate at any level. What remains to be seen is whether or not the democrats are being successful in their back-room meetings with the likes of Snowe, Collins,McCain et al.

After watching/reading what I could of the disgusting grilling and bloviating by the Dims over the past couple of days, I had about had it and was considering something to the effect of the following:
Teddy "the Swimmer" should ask Judge Alito if he thinks that there is a statute of limitations on a murder. And, if he doesn't, since Alito said no man is above the law, should he (Teddy) be worried.
