Day 4: Hearing Resumes
This morning, Senators will question Judge Alito during a third round. They will then go into a closed session, to review the FBI background investigation on the Supreme Court nominee. Outside witnesses may be called to testify this afternoon, as well as the American Bar Association, to discuss its recommendations.

Biden was going down that road (Syria, Iran) this morning. Wants this to be the snippet just in time for evening news is my guess.

Glad to be here, MOgirl

He served in the Navy and had a checkered career there (at best) and then in captivity and then played and ran for office.... so he is a professional politician and, in my mind, that doesn't make him Presidential fodder.
Ack! I smell Ginsberg behind his testimony.
Going to meet tomorrow to finish.

Dammit, I have to be in the office tomorrow.
how ironic: ABC, after having a fit about Bush's wiretapping of american citizen, is this minute doing a report on prepaid phone calls for TERRORISM right here in this country!
