Conyers probably does.I have continued under the apparent ridiculous impression that this information was classified :)
To: stocksthatgoup
Not only inappropriate but completely irrelevant. He was asking about what the President could do and not anything about Alito.

sad isn't it.....
There's nothing like a few experts from Cal Bezerkely and NYU to stir up the mainstream to action against a radical like Alito, eh? I would even say that it is pathetic.

"we may all have to bite the bullet and vote for McCain if he won the nomination." And for this reason I promise to do all within my power to see McCain never wins the Republican nomination!

"we may all have to bite the bullet and vote for McCain if he won the nomination." I don't think I'd go that far. I'm not convinced that McCain is really not a dem.

They've hit all the hot-button issues.
Habeas corpus for terrorists.
Racial profiling.
Capital punishment.
The Family and Medical Leave Act.
Gay marriage.
Abolishing the Electoral College.
Public financing.
Bush "stealing" the 2000 election.
I'm waiting to see who'll be the first liberal in the room to tie in Judge Alito's confirmation with the fight to increase the federal minimum wage.
