Day 4: Hearing Resumes
This morning, Senators will question Judge Alito during a third round. They will then go into a closed session, to review the FBI background investigation on the Supreme Court nominee. Outside witnesses may be called to testify this afternoon, as well as the American Bar Association, to discuss its recommendations.

What the heck is biden trying to pull.The dems changed all of the rules on judicial nominations. They used to be in if they were ethical and qualified. Deference was given to the president's nominee. That's out the door. So now Republicans are fighting back, our guys are judicial superstars and they don't like the outcome, so they want to change the rules again.
