"Memo to Jesse Jackass; Chavez is a Dictator and communist. Jackson is a traitor. Has no American ideals."
Jesse Jackson knows that in order to maintain his power and status he must perpetuate the myth that people are victims. He is a champion for those who will do nothing for themselves.

Graham participated, they are going to say it was improper and a conflict (Nothing like Gorelick sitting on the 9-11 hearings). If Goober set this up with them it would explain his miraculous performance yesterday.Judge Alito made it very clear yesterday, that he was only counseled on the process of the hearings period, and nothing as to the content of his testimony.
He's been thinking on his own as a judge for 15.5 years, and would not take any probing as to what he's supposed to say in responses.

They can't go on Fox because the reporters might ask in light of the facts how they draw their wild conclusions.
Having no stable answer that could make sense they would need to stay away from fair reporters.

Exactly true. By the way, Kennedy still has not apologized for going hysteric with this fraudulent story of the liar student from Massachusetts. In Kennedy mind (what ever left from it) he thinks that even if the story is fraudulent it still can theoretically happen. It is like the fake but accurate Memo-gate of Dan Rather.

Kennedy didn't need to issue a subpeona... All he had to do was have his staffers IDENTIFY themselves...
It was all a set up.

See #2466. I gave a general description of what happened. And the thread discussion started around post 920.

Anyone who would blast Bush while these hearings are going on is in my humble opinion a freaking moron.I was supporting the President and Cornyn. Of course only a freaking jerk wouldn't know the difference.

Oh...okay...I didn't know that Graham had made it known already..

Ted Kennedy had a hissy fit, wet his pants when Specter told him NO he could not do what he wanted, and had to leave the building. I think it was the shock of Specter actually acting like a Republican that cause Teddy to lose control of his bladder. :-)

Karnak Feingold purports to know the mind of all Supreme Court justices past and present on death penalty issues. Looking down his long nose at Alito, saying, in so many words: "All your experience reviewing such cases for three sattes' appeals courts amounts to diddly, compared to what I know."
What a pompous ass!

Just hearing Judge Napolitano's comments about CAP.
Quite enlightening.
I would hope that his comments would be read into the record or that he would be asked to testify on one of the panels.
