Swimmer is going completely berserkowitz!

It's times like these when I almost understand why the president supported Specter's re-election.

Graham is an attorney and I'm sure he knows the law in regard to this matter and wouldn't put his vote and position on the committee in jeopardy.

Kennedy's arrogant outrage and tantrum over a matter so remote in time is just silly. It shows how desperate and self important he is.
On a happier note..I don't think they are going to really touch Alito. Who knows what Kennedy is trying to pull here that can affect this getting to the floor for a vote.

Looks like Arlen just walked over to Chuckie and Co. To lecture them on Kennedy's behavior?

What do want to bet that afterwards, Ted will rail against his staff for failing to deliver the letter?Nah, that was part of the plan. The subpoena of the letter, the subsequent fight against the subpoena in the courts, the accusations that not all required records were released, etc.. All of this was intended to delay, delay and delay some more.
Fat Teddy and the rest of his Judiciary Committee bros have been put on notice by the far left and the media - do whatever it takes to sink this nomination and personally destroy Sam Alito, or else!

I got the word daughter and wife from the previous post. In any event, I was referring to the the woman with the black blouse or sweater and the coat with the white trim. Nevertheless, she has piercing eyes that seem to be effective.

I hope not.
I can't believe the Dems are still harping on this Vanguard issue.
Talk about beating a dead horse.

Rush just mentioned that! lol
Great minds think alike. :)

Did you notice how much Kennedy's left hand shakes when he holds it up? Thar's the DTs if I ever saw it. During these hearing Fat Ted will have to go for 2-3 hours at a time without a drink. Probably why he wanted to go into Executive Session: Chance to break out the vacuum flask.

He probably got an e-mail from MoveOn to take it to Alito to task on CAP. Playing to the lunatic fringe, as usual.
Spectre stuck it to him. Guess the Chairman doesn't like having his authority threatened.
