On January 4, 2006 at 5:00 p.m. (PST) the Rose Bowl Game will host the BCS National Championship, between USC and Texas once again showcasing the best of collegiate football in "The Granddaddy of Them All."® The Rose Bowl will be broadcast exclusively on ABC and on ESPN radio.

Baloney, Herbstreit is a total class act and one of the best. A shame more announcers could be as decent and classy.

On the contrary, it seems the BCS folks got it right this year: all were great games.
I've not been watching as concentrated as you folks have. I would say that if one team is having a great game, the other one always looks like it's making poor decisions. And quite often, it is.

He did many Thursday night games this year. Mike Turico was the announcer with Corso and Herbstreit as color analysts.

Yes, UM fans liked Herbstreit:
