“I believe that once you are a Canadian citizen, you have the right to your own views and to disagree.”

Isn't it sooooo warming to know that the Head Canuk thinks treason is OK?

"There is a hard, nasty core at the heart of the European people."

Yeppers on that one. Anyone remember Twain's The French & The Hugonots? That ST. Bartholomulew's celebration is just the example of French 'nasty'.

City dudes are so pampered and helpless

I'm a 'dudette' and I may be pampered but not helpless as I have a gun too.

I KNOW your story was true, maybe I should have written 'exciting childhood' instead of 'story'.

I also know you weren't directing the pampered remark at me cause 'we is friends'!!

Maybe I should have avoided writing this whole comment, LOL!

Any women in Texas with a firearm is not a "city dude".

I mean those urban Green libs who attempt to dictate the lives of those out in the boonies who actually produce the wood and other products and foods and fuels and provide the water, heat, power, etc. the city folks use.

They don't want flyover citizens to have firearms but have no problem if Slick Willie uses them at Waco or wasting American soldiers by being PC in Somalia.

The Chronkites that say Americans are too stupid to vote now - Since his scummy leftists got their butts whipped in elections.

Islam has already conquered two-thirds of Christendom. After a pause that's lasted centuries, they are ready to expand further. I predict that they will grasp two-thirds of the remainder of Christendom before the West figures out what's going on and moves to stop (not reverse) their expansion.

Thanks for the ping, King! Another important read to bookmark. (OK, and many taglines to steal....(o;...)

Thanks for the post, Rummyfan. I had missed the earlier posting.

Regarding the Ping List: Our "other" group has a large ping list kept up-to-date on the Leader of The Pack's profile page. That way, people can go in and copy & paste when they want to send it out to the whole bunch. (I've been jonesin' for my Steyn pings, too!)

Whaddaya think, Pokey78? That way, we'll let you take a vacation again next year.... =:^o

You are probably referring to what was Christendom at the time of their earlier expansion -- but "Christendom" has also expanded since then, into the Western Hemisphere, Africa, and Australasia. They may take a good piece of what used to be the Holy Roman Empire if the Euros don't get their head straight pretty soon, though.

Yes, indeed, and the Germans have shown their nastiness more recently than that. Churchill once remarked that the Germans are either grovelling at your feet or at your throat. They are in the first mode now, but the Muzzies had better watch out....

Politicians are opportunists, and someone like the BNP will take charge when the voters have had enough of the status quo.

I think the BNP is a long way off from becoming a contender, but I don't think is a good thing if they did.

The "far-right" BNP is vastly different than conservatives in the US. On immigration and race, they are like David Duke rather than Tom Tancredo. They do not seem to be fiscal conservatives either and basically appear to be National Socialists.

The problem with uber-liberalism is that as a reaction many normal people may react sharply to the right and get involved with such organizations.

Regardless, frequently charges of "incitement to racial hatred" keep them in court. However, those same laws stifle debate on Britian's vast problems.

They may be closer than you think -- one more major Muzzie incident.... I don't think it would be a good thing, either -- hopefully, the other parties will see the danger (both kinds) and get tough before the British people are thoroughly pissed-off.

Yep, at some point those left in Europe who do not want Sharia will decide it is time to rid the continent of the Muslim scourge. Not being constrained by inconvenient religious morals and fighting for their survival implies a bloodbath of unprecedented scale. As there will be 20M+ Muslims, and they will not go quietly like the Jews, the opportunity for massive death and destruction is significant.

Let's pray we do not see the day.

I caught the tail end of his speech that night. What I heard was terrific and I'm delighted to read the rest of it here. Thanks. Scary as all get out, but you can't argue the facts.
