They are victims of the media. The media continues to describe this as "domestic spying" without a better explanation.
BTW!!!!!!!!!!! My son got "Do As I Say, Not As I Do: Profiles in Liberal Hypocrisy." I highly recommend this book.

Get a little momentum going on this story before the State of the Union. Let the world hear from the Prez...."My Fellow Americans, tonight, in this chamber, I have ordered Federal marshalls to immediately arrest and detain the following Senators...."

I am not so sure that it was anyone at the NSA, I think it was a Senator or a Congressman- those that were briefed. Or it could be someone in the FISA courts.Didn't Judge Robertson just resign?

For some strange reason FITZMAS comes to mind! The AJ isn't going to get anywhere with these LYING bastards! The commie RATtraitors would rather hang from the highest tree than divulge who leaked sensitive info endangering our nation! Either way, problem solved.

Well, shouldn't be too difficult as there are all these phone records of those leakers.
Seems to me that the MSN is so dramatically interested in exposing these intelligence phone surveys as this brings to the surface who
a) is leaking, and
b) to whom.
By the sheer volume of secret and sensitive material that goes to print, the MSN has a direct inside line to our national security agencies.
Fitzgerald, need proof with the Wilson Plame scenario, go subpoena the Wilson/Plame phone records.

1. The NSA isn't tapping phones. They are way, way beyond that.
2. You're a little paranoid, eh?

I'll take bets on how long before they are called "whisleblowers". Wasn't Plame about nepotism in the CIA?

WA Freepers: Just saw a story about WA state employees being forced to pay union dues or be fired. Woman profiled was employee of the year, husband is a decorated military officer. Anyone know about this? Support system for these employees?

Oh yeah? Which ones? Name 'em. And describe where you obtained this information. The White House ... President Bush ... leaked by the NYTs ... hundreds of US Citizens. From what I remember of the NSA in the early 1990s .... the number of recorded communications is easily in the millions.
