Well, shouldn't be too difficult as there are all these phone records of those leakers.
Seems to me that the MSN is so dramatically interested in exposing these intelligence phone surveys as this brings to the surface who
a) is leaking, and
b) to whom.
By the sheer volume of secret and sensitive material that goes to print, the MSN has a direct inside line to our national security agencies.
Fitzgerald, need proof with the Wilson Plame scenario, go subpoena the Wilson/Plame phone records.

My guess is the leaker list contains Senatorial aids.
I'm sure these imbeciles could be convinced by their neo-com masters that "whistle-blowing" about the NSA is "what's right for the country" "Oh, and by the way, we'll pay for your legal defense, Chuckie over at the DSCC is already paying for those who illegally obtained Steele's credit report."
