Did anyone see the episode yesterday on the soccer racists in Europe? Bryant Gumble called these 'nuts' rightwingers at least a half a dozen times. They showed black soccer players being pelted with bannanas and Gumble said these were rightwing fanatics. They showed a section of the crowd waving the Nazi flag and Gumble said they were rightwing fanatics. I emailed HBO and told them I cancelled their channel. If anyone is a racist it is Gumble, he always makes terrible comments after a segment featuring a white athlete.
Yup. Socialists are right-wingers. How about that??
I wondered where Gumble had been. If he's covering soccer for HBO he must be doing extremely well.

No network will take a chance on alienating every viewer, and G(r)umble has that effect.

Guess all his "experience" as a "journalist" blinded him to actual research and the discovery that (VOILAAAAAAAA . . . . . . . . . ) Europe is loaded with what are termed "soccer rowdies".
There's no race involved, just misplaced sports bias (THEIR team over the opposition)!!
A REAL "journalist" would have discovered that fact through actual research.

Didn't "Grumble" go through a real messy divorce when his first wife found out about his lover? I think Gumble wouldn't pay any support to his family and she (the 1st) had to sue this a$$clown for support. I hope she received a huge settlement from him, as it really couldn't happen to a better racist-pig than Gumball is.

Has he actually bothered to look at the very roots of soccer violence in Europe? I think people forget that because soccer is the only major team sport that is popular all over Europe, the result is that fans tend to take their passion--mostly nationalistic--for their own teams to extremes that makes even the regulars of the Oakland Raiders' Black Hole and the Cleveland Browns' Dawg Pound seem positively civilized in comparison.
