Since there clearly haven't been enough vanities around here today, I figured I weigh in with one:
What are your three favorite Christmas Movies of all time?
Me, I'm going with:
3. A Christmas Carol (staring Patrick Stewart, 1999)
2. A Very Brady Christmas (yes I'm serious)
1. It's A Wonderful Life (one of the finest films of all time)

I like:
1. It's A Wonderful Life
2. White Christmas (great music with Bing Crosby, Danny Kaye, Rosemary Clooney)
3. A Christmas Carol (1938 version with Reginald Owen)
Gotcha beat, the only parts of "It's a Wonderful Life" I've seen are the occassional clips that wind up in random movies like "The Ref". So I've never really watched even part of the movie itself without some sort of extra layer of protection. Never understood what anybody sees in the movie, looks annoyingly soppy.
No you are not the only person who has never watched 'Its a Wonderful Life', all the way through...I tried once to watch it from the beginning, and just could not get interested in it...my family watched it though, and enjoyed it...they told me the bulk of the story, and then I sat down and watched the last 1/2 hour of the movie...now, the last 1/2 hour I enjoy and will watch that when the movie comes on...but I have never seen the movie from beginning to end...I just cannot get interested in it, for some reason...
OMG!!! I TOTALLY forgot that was a christmas movie!! OK yeah I have to say Trading Places. Man I love Dan Aykroyd!!
Yep, you nailed it. They remind me of Christmas when I was a kid. I really wish I could find VHS or DVD's of those two shows.

Every time I see this movie, Uncle Eddie and his wife, remind me of Bill and Hill Clinton. It's just like a bad taste...like opening a spoiled container of tuna...like a full cat box...like a dog fart after he ate the salsa off the coffee table..like...well you know what I mean.

**** 1947`s "The Bishops Wife" with Cary Grant, David Niven and Loretta Young.
**** And of course, "It's A Wonderful Life".
Well Scrooged is the one with Bill Murray.

Santa Claus vs the Martians, with commentary by the MST 3K guys. Pia Zadora's first film, by the way, she was a 5-yo kid at the time.

Gee, I thought I was the only one that has never watch it all the way through! I do like the ending, though.
Dan Ackroyd as the drunk Santa is perpetually funny every time I see it.
"It's a Wonderful Life" with out a doubt. There was an original Twilight Zone episode, "Night of the Meek" that had Art Carney in it as a department store Santa Claus. It was one of the better TZ's. Had a very good message. It's worth a viewing.

Someone else said it was too dark, and I think that is why I've never enjoyed what I've seen of it (yes, I know it has a happy ending)....but I just don't like the story.
