Thanks for the great Dose .. on another day of W Takes On The Slackers and Whiners ... we've been chomping at the bit at this for SO long, and he's been just fabulous .. it's been actually goosebumpy to me. His clarity, determination, and finally a tough and truthful response to the mealy-mouthed politicians and their appalling lack of a united front for our brave troops has brought tears of joy.

This little headline from FNC says it all about those losers .. how anyone listening to these speeches could be confused in ANY way about the mission and how important it is has to be drinking Kennedy's cheap booze

'Watershed Moment

In last speech before Iraqis go to polls, Bush ties together areas of progress

• Dems: Bush Unclear

HEHEHEHE

I would say that is true in the UK as well Mike apart from the few idiots that choose to ignore black ice.

Great dose tonight, GM...thanks!

I can't seem to shake all the ping lists I'm on here at FR (despite asking nicely) - but this is ONE PING LIST that I never mind being pung (past-tense of ping, of course) to!

I always think that by the time Christmas/New year is over one begins to notice the days beginning to draw out.

We never not see the birds though robins and sparrows plus of course the awful seagulls are around all year. Though the robin tends only to be seen in winter.

A question to all do you have an urban seagull problem in the US?

I love the first picture. Steely-eyed and focused.Brit did a great interview on his show. The panel remarked how confident our Dubya was.

***Though the robin tends only to be seen in winter.***

OHH, that's where they go in the winter! J/K...Ours winter in North or South Carolina and come back in March looking as fat as plum puddings. It's never spring until it snows one last time and I see a robin sitting up to its little butt in the snow and looking surprised.

***A question to all do you have an urban seagull problem in the US?***

I don't know. I don't live in an urb. I live in a suburb. But if you want to hear about the Canada geese...naw, you don't really want to hear about them.

Just seen a very heart warming ceremony on UK TV which is always part of our Christmas the awarding ribbon/medals to children of courage. It was a real tear jerker to see what some of the children have had to endure and in some cases still enduring.

Here is one of the photos of the event

Camilla Duchess of Cornwall laughs with 10-year-old Hannah Olateju during the Woman's Own Children Courage awards, at Westminster Abbey, central London, on Wednesday Dec. 14, 2005. Hannah, from south London, lost her hands and legs to meingitis, but with the help of silicone pads, now plays football and dances
