Do you really think that? Most Freepers I have heard all seem to be on Rush' side. I am anyway. :)

(I trust Rush. He has done more for this country than anyone will ever know. He's A++)

Then you can't hear. It is a well known fact (even among freepers) that he said that. Oh, STFU. I've listened to the man for 15 years and he's never said any such thing. You're just repeating what some DU moron has told you, making you yet another useful idiot of the dims.
You have no evidence so you resort to slander and condescending insults. Rush supporters don't "worship" the man--we've got his back, against fatuous, contemptible, holier-than-thou POS.
Some knight--perhaps you can get the silent part right.

As someone who has been in Pain Management since 1996, my records are sent to Richond for the Dinosaurs on the Medical Review Board to read, in case they decide to prosecute my Doctor for prescribing the drugs I take...Wow..that's just ridiculous. So what's next, review of who buys a pack of sudafed for the common cold (to counter the meth labs)? I'm sure some dim proposing that right now.

So is this the end of the case against Rush?
No. The prosecutor immediately filed a request to vivisection Mr. Limbaugh in order to find evidence of his medical condition. His motion states that without looking literally into Mr. Limbaugh, the state cannot determine if a crime has been committed.

Interesting. Rush's website has removed his page dedicated to this court battle. Wonder what that means?

It's about time, otherwise what good would all the expense of instituting HIPAA be for patients?

I used to worship Rush and then he did this. Lost total creditability with me. Even heroes are human.......My "guess" is that there are millions that have suffered similar weaknesses....but not you...you extra-special I have never been weak person.

I think it means it is over or old news.
Now I want to see the Florida Bar proceed on the complaint against the prosecutor.
To: gitmo
Its effectively over. What they really wanted to do was look at those confidential parts of the records to fish for evidence of a possible crime. That request was denied. Oh sure, they're saying they'll question his doctors and nurses but they won't find out beyond what they already know. The Palm Beach D.A's office is just putting spin on a ruling that for practical intents and purposes is the end of their bid to get Rush Limbaugh. If they didn't find it after looking at his medical records, where do you think their questioning the medical staff will give it to them? The patient is not required to waive his confidentiality to maintain his innocence. That's it in a nutshell here.
