Its effectively over. What they really wanted to do was look at those confidential parts of the records to fish for evidence of a possible crime. That request was denied. Oh sure, they're saying they'll question his doctors and nurses but they won't find out beyond what they already know. The Palm Beach D.A's office is just putting spin on a ruling that for practical intents and purposes is the end of their bid to get Rush Limbaugh. If they didn't find it after looking at his medical records, where do you think their questioning the medical staff will give it to them? The patient is not required to waive his confidentiality to maintain his innocence. That's it in a nutshell here.

They had best watch their step.

Most of Florida outside of certain liberal, NYC transplant cities is pretty annoyed at this abuse of power and Rush might have a fine case against a certain State attorney's office.
