Poor timing award to the Boston Red Sox who were just announcing their new "co-GMs" (Hoyer and Cherington) LOL! Given the these ciphers it was probably deliberate.

The mediots are scrambling to buy up helicopter time even as we speak.
Why waste a month long investment in a riot?

I was wrong, and I am so GLAD.
I didn't call it either way but was nervous he might cave. Definitely, Arnold is the man!
Give me a LITTLE break since I live the the "belly of the beast," okay?

Good on ya', Governor Schwarzenegger.

He's the governor of California after all and I don't think clemency costs him too much politically. Why would you think that? Support for the death penalty in California has polled over the past 20 years as high as 82% and never been below 68%. Right now support is about 75%.
Politics in California is incredibly complex. It is dangerous to jump to conclusions based impressions you've received from MSN news stories.

Pls don't generalize to the entire state....most likely on problems will occur in L.A. and maybe Oakland....the rest of the state will be fine......

Sorry, sam. I do not know from weapons and ammo. Should I just stay inside?

Wonder what his relationship with his mother was like.

Are you sure you really want to know? lol Dumber than a box of rocks and loves to talk down to Hannity, et al when interviewed by conservatives because he is just Soooooo smart...wonder what time this moonbat will be flying in to participate in the vigil? I'm sure he started walking several days ago to get there on time because we all know there is no why that he would arrive by a gas hogging jet or SUV.

as a Christian I do not support the death penalty but... I have to admit it is not contrary to the Bible. The state has the right to bear the sword.

I hear he murdered some people. I hope I never murder anyone in cold blood, cuz the death sentence seems to be real. Depends on your age when you commit murder! If you are in your late 60s you are probably ok and will never have to worry about the syringe (20-25 years of appeals).

Pray for all the people in SF and LA... All of them?... Darn, I might be able to muster 2% in the case of San Francisco. :-)

I could end up being wrong on this but I'm betting that very few people are really going to give a crap about Tookie. This is a big issue with liberal elites but not with anyone who might engage in a riot.I'm sure the "Bloods" won't shed a tear.

I think is going to be more like:

To all my FReeper aquaintances on this thread:
I note the death sentence and judgement call on the part of Gov. Schwarzenegger. It looks like the founder of the Crips will receive the sentence of the court.
The (remaining) good people of California are about to see what Ramadi is like for me, every day. I am fervently hoping that people will obey the rule of law. But I also recall the LA-King riots, and I am not holding any optimism.
I will be monitoring the situation from my cyber-perch in Iraq. I wish all of you good luck in the days to come.
