NEW YORK, Dec. 10 (UPI) -- Talkers magazine reports conservative hosts Rush Limbaugh and Sean Hannity are the most popular radio hosts in the United States.
More than 13.75 million people listen to Limbaugh per week while Hannity draws more then 12.5 million weekly listeners, Talkers reported.
Michael Savage is third with more than 8 million listeners a week.
There is tie for fourth place between shock jock Howard Stern -- soon due to move to Sirius Satellite Radio -- and Dr. Laura Schlessinger with more than 7.75 million weekly listeners, the New York Daily News reported Saturday.
Laura Ingraham filled out the Top 5 with more than 5 million.
Talkers said it used Arbitron data and "other reliable indicators" for its semiannual rankings report.

O'reilly is tied at number seven.
I think Limbaugh's numbers fluctuate with election seasons.
Laura Ingraham at Number Five! Alright!
"Michael Savage is third with more than 8 million listeners a week."
Yoo Hooooooo!!!! Go Michael!
I think thats in respective to the time of the year involving elections or such. But, with the last Ratings Rush might be alittle lower than normal.
Anyway, the more variety the better. Free Market. Rush will always be at the top, because he is Middle of the Road.
gotta love it any time libs get their butts kicked...
I've heard it and yes it's funny...but not as funny as
They're Coming to Take me Away or In My Yugo---remember them?
BTW- has anyone done a parody on Cindy Sheehan? I have some great lyrics sung to the tune of Copacabana (Manilow).
1. Rush Limbaugh
2. Sean Hannity
3. Michael Savage
4. Howard Stern (tie) Dr. Laura Schlessinger
5. Laura Ingraham
(No significant detectable ratings) Al Franken
Hannity is not checking his facts adn forgets he can't debate well.
I really enjoy Tony Snow. Wonder why he wasn't higher?
Sorry to see Hugh Hewitt isn't on the list...another reasonable, educated and bright guy - out of the Reagan administration. Excellent interviews.
Tony Snow tied with Franken. Can't be! :(
Sorry, I must have had my eyes closed when I passed through the thread.
Rush's show could be cut to one hour and be lots more enjoyable.
Every few months I try to listen to him, but always get frustrated and turn him off.
I used to listen to him religiously back when he was breaking new stories. Now he teases you for an hour with a story that has been discussed on the internet for over a day. And he treats that old story like it was just ripped off the AP wire service.
If you find commercial breaks as aggravating as I do, its worth the investment to get an ipod and a subscription rush 24/7. You'll be able to listen to him on your own schedule, in parts or in one commercial free 108 minute dosage.
This may also acct for rush's numbers going down, as many people are moving to his subscriber side. These people won't be measured by the numbers reflected here. It may also lift other hosts numbers as people can now listen to others during their usual rush timeslot as they finished listening to yesterday's show early.
I love them too. Did you hear the one that was set to the tune of the Hallelujah Chorus from The Messiah - 'What's it to you?' It was hysterical, even more so because the choir was great and you had all of those beautiful voices singing such a funny song.
