Beam me up.
Beam me anything.
Just don't beam me late for beer.

So did they make something happen in one by doing something to the other or what?
Article doesn't seem very clear. Unless the big hoopla is doing something to one thing and making NOTHING happen to the other when SOMETHING should have happened.
Enough with the voodo, just give me a teleporter and warp drive already, alright.

So when can we start making women's clothes jump across the room?

Unlike the rest of you skeptical b*st*rds I think this will work.
One day, we'll deploy our troops by transmorgrification physics. You all thought that Capt. Kirk was joking about beaming him down? You all lauhged at Calvin?
I can't wait for the day that the airborne pukes will yell 'Oh! Shit!' as their being disinterred from a bodily state, teleportated 6000 clicks away, and being re-assembled into fighting men, and then into a real 'vertical envelopment'.
Hooahh!
