Costa Rican is what I was going to say also. Found his listing in Maitland--8 years in same house, $200-250,000 neighborhood home values. Also a listing "Rigo-Anne" at same house--may be his and his wife's names or a dtr's name.
One database also shows Adrian Alpizar, 28, as the only other Alpizar in Maitland. That person is in Costa Rica and on a website for a gospel ministry.

It may seem ridiculous, but if you are in law enforcement or emergency response in Miami today, THIS is the game that's in town, and it's a very rare occurance. They all learn and gain experience from this, not from sitting at their desks.
