Hope this is not a duplicate. No more details yet Passengers getting off
Oooooh, now the chest-thumpers are meandering around shaking each others' hands. I see the primetime self-congratulatory press conference taking shape right now.
Is it just me or was she..."special"?
Reporting he was a US citizen of Costa Rican origin. Luggage of passengers is being rescreened and put on another plane, the plane is being treated as a crime scene.
Rigoberto Alcazar or Alpozar was his name.
FoxNews: perp was Costa Rican, not Columbian, US citizen.
MSNBC: Confirming name as Rigoberto Alpizar. [CNN speculated that was not a common Columbian surname.]
In this day and age .. when there are bomb attacks all over the world and threats of suicide attacks on our shores
you DON'T threaten to blow up a plane with a hundred or more people on board and expect nothing to happen
Shutup.
Those people are out their busting their tales to keep us safe, and all you can do is bitch and moan and trash them.
Or leave them home ..
my pleasure. :)
Thanks for the ping, Howlin. (Good to "hear" from you ;-))
in the end it's a good thing the alleged bi-polar wasn't a Muslim or we'd reallly never hear the end of it
RIGOBERTO ALPIZAR 44
ANNE E ALPIZAR 43

I'm sure they'll have plenty of "tales" in the bars tonight - even if they were miles away when the incident ended.
I wasn't aware I was being sarcastic. Funny, (or at least an attempt thereof), yes, sarcastic, no.
MSNBC whining that no 'officials' have come forward, no news conference, no one giving any official information. Information flow 'has dried up'.
[This will give fodder to attack HSD, and thus the Administration.]
Analyst says they are gathering the facts first.
Two tap - I was taught that's both shots center of mass.
Schizophrenia is a progressive disease in most cases. Starts with slightly weird behavior, and gradually progresses to full blown insanity. The earlier stages are often indistinguishable from other milder mental illnesses. And not all of these people see their doctors regularly, and not all of their symptoms are obvious all the time, so even if they do make it to monthly psych appointments, it's not necessarily going to be obvious in the standard 30 minute chat that the situation has changed and warrants a new diagnosis. Unfortunately, this can often mean a delay of several months, before a needed revision of diagnosis occurs.
The guy was an American citizen. He should be able to understand "Stop or I'll shoot" or words to that effect. Good Grief, Wolf!
FBI is leading the investigation so MSNBC will have its panties in an impatient snit for a while..........
