BAGHDAD, Iraq, Dec. 5 - Amid the wrenching testimony of a survivor who told of the atrocities wrought by Saddam Hussein's secret police, the presence of a former American attorney general on Mr. Hussein's defense team in the trial court on Monday seemed to be one of the day's less bewildering things.
Ramsey Clark, one of America's more renowned contrarians, made a mark notable even by his own singular standards on Monday when he delivered a lecture to the judges on the elements essential to a fair trial, including adequate physical protection for the defense lawyers. Earlier, flushed and indignant, Mr. Clark joined in a defense walkout that brought the trial to a temporary halt...

No, he belongs in a mental institution. Who takes him seriously anyway? It might all be a dodge. If Saddam is found guilty, they could make an insanity plea. It would be because the council was insane, but an insanity plea, nonetheless.

I always wondered what the answer to that old riddle was. LOL.

Ramsey Clark is an agent of the Democratic National Committee sent to Iraq to disrupt the trial of Saddam and to become the news. The mission of the DNC is to have the disruption and outbursts become the daily news to over shadow the Saddam atrocities.
The MSM will carry the DNC water by reporting the disruption instead of the testimony in a similar manner to reporting troop death rather than troop success.
The story bias from Iraq must remain negative at all costs.

I'd gladly pay for the ammo expended in the effort. He is probably not worth the cost of one of these however.

I'm with you on this one. I don't understand why we didn't send him to his 72 virgins they moment we found the SOB.
Maybe we wanted to show democracy in action using Saddam as an example. Who would have thought President Bush would be so hated that the DEMS would send in Ramsey Clark to defend the murderer. Is Clark doing this pro-bono or is Soros lining his pockets?

I think we should ship 90% of the rest of the lawyers in this country to Iraq.
Maybe the blood sucking jackasses could "sue" the terrorists into peace.
Or maybe the terrorists will have even more of a target rich environment.
Either way, we win.

The MSM will carry the DNC water by reporting the disruption instead of the testimony I do believe that is what the disruption was all about....distraction from the testimony. And no doubt, it will continue. I sure would like to see Clark's passport pulled.

Ramsey Clark is an agent of the Democratic National Committee sent to Iraq to disrupt the trial of Saddam and to become the news. Bingo, we have a winner! The Rats can't possibly let Bush take credit for prosecuting a murdering tyrant, especially before a critical election. Even though Clark's a far Left loon his antics will reflect badly on the current administration, especially when filtered through the always-reliable MSM.

Clark doesn't need to correct the record. He's already pegged as the most traitorous ex-cabinet member in US history.

Ramsey Clark is the prime ambulance chaser of the American Left. A good question about this nutcase is just who finances all of his flights of fancy?

Ramsey Clark set up the SeeBS Dan Rather interview with Saddam and leaked the Abu Ghraib photos to the press from one of the soldiers under investigation.
Ramsey Clark is a traitor and a Saddamite. He's clearly thrown his support to "the other side" in this war.
Ever notice how the same people who say that "America has not been this divided since the Vietnam War" are the same people who LED the division during the Vietnam War???
