Is a Bush endorsement of McCain enough to sway your opinion?

Posted on 12/04/2005 9:19:56 AM PST by cubram

Some on the morning talk shows suggested that McCain is the natural successor to Bush for his committment to the war, and that Bush will "pass the baton" to him.

My question is: if Bush endorses McCain will you think aboout voting for him? Personally I don't care for McCain for a number of reasons, but if I think he will continue W's legacy, I might reconsider.

What do you think?

My husband and I will vote against McCain in the Republican primary and if he manages to win it we will be voting for the most conservative third party candidate we can find in the General election. We just truly hope McCain does not win the Republican primary!!

If I had the last election to do over I would stay home and watch the history channel. Bush is selling out the American West and Southwest to illegal immigrants. Why would I vote for someone who thinks like him?

Sen. InSane would be the first nominee to address an empty Convention! He will get the same amount of loyalty from the Base as he has given. Go Condi!

Merry Christmas

Nope. There's no difference between Hillary Lite and Hillary Heavy.

No way. McCain is a hot headed nutball Democrat with the letter "R" after his name. There is little difference between Al Gore and John McCain. Had McCain been promptly recovered after crashing the sixth aircraft in his flying career, we would have simply had a pair of poor students whose military careers were helped along by power and privilege from their father's connections. I really don't want a gun-grabbing, freedom killing (election reform), crime dodging (Keating 5) RINO running for President.
