Ya know this sounds like a threat to me. I don't like threats and I suspect a lot of others might not either. Maybe if a few of em get sent back in bad condition they might decide it is not worth the risk.

That headline is drop-dead wrong. It SHOULD read:

"Mexican official: flow of migrants will grow for EVER !"

and reduced birthrates

Mexican birthrates have not dropped even slightly. It is just that most of the Mexican women of child bearing age are here dropping anchor babies.

She said increased border controls have largely served to help fuel growth in migrant trafficking organizations.

So let me get this straight, if we loosen border controls, migrant traffic will decrease?

Experts at the meeting noted that migration not only affects the lives of the migrants and the countries to which they emigrate, but also their own hometowns, where relatives receive the money they send home.

"In some places, they've stopped working the land, and live off the money (remittances)," Hoekman said.

A nation unwilling to defend itself is a nation that is dead.

Someone has just promised that millions of people from his country will invade a neighboring country. Our response? Well, it made the papers.

I have this vision that one day the people of Tuscon will wake up and find that they are now living in Alta Mexico, I-10 is lined with Federales, and the president will respond with vague platitudes in Spanish about balancing out the flaws in the Treaty of Guadalupe Hidalgo. The reconquista will have been accomplished without a gunshot. Of course, Mexico welcomes its new Anglo citizens, since their property is about to be seized. Adios, amigos.

...has reached 400,000 per year...

How many more years until Mexico is depopulated?
[CIA Factbook: Population: 106,202,903 (July 2005 est.)]

The migration is fueled mainly by demographic pressure and a lack of jobs in Mexico, Zuniga said.

"Because our government really, really sucks," Señora Zuniga added later.

"The number of Mexicans leaving their country – almost all for the United States – has reached 400,000 per year and will continue to grow for several more years, the head of Mexico's National Population Council said..."

Only if we allow it. And if it does happen, it can be laid at the feet of our federal government, a government whose fundamental policy continues to be "Lets do nothing some more."

Israel has proven that border fences can be effective. The open borders lobby should stop lying about them

Israel's multiple fence, border fence system. This fence is designed to succeed!! Sensors, surveillance cameras, lots of barbed wire, ditches to stop vehicles from ramming through it, paved access roads for fast armed response etc etc.
