Shep Smith was on his 3PM EST segment and talking with Wayne Simmons about paying for news in Iraq. Somehow the talk changed to Murtha and when Simmons said Murtha had bad-mouthed (or words to that effect) our troops, Shep went ballistic.
He said Murtha never made any comments regarding our troops being exhausted, out of supplies and in general the most recent Murtha slams of the war.
It was scary and had Simmons been on the set, I think Smith would have gotten into his face (a very bad career move, as well as bad for the health).

I will not watch Shep Smith. It's just that simple. When he comes on, I switch stations as quickly as I can. And believe me, that's pretty darn quick in view of my years and years of experience with the TV remote. I have NEVER cared for him and his delivery. Just too smug, too pretty-boyish for my tastes. I would like Fox to consider sending him on down the road.

I really wish Fox could find something else to put on at 10pm. I am SO SICK of watching Greta's creepily-contorted face (she have a stroke or something?) as she drones on and on and on about the latest sensationalist case night after night after night.
Shep Smith and WHoraldo's reporting of Hurricnae Katrina in NO made me turn off FOX for weeks. I've just started watching again but avoid those two clowns including Bill OhReally's segment with WHoraldo. Neal Cavuto, Humme keeps me tuning in to FOX. I don't know where they're going these days.
When Shep comes on I watch CNN, no difference, so why not get it straight from the liberal channel.
Shep Smith continues to impress me less and less.
Fox is only #1 because their competition is so bad. I can barely take Hume these days, and never watch the other shows. Even Hume's reporters put the Democrap talking points on every night and give them much to much air time IMO. Smith is a jerk.
He has great eyes!

I wonder also. I could care less if he is gay, straight or bi. What I do care about is rational and honest reporting. So unless Shep giggled when they kissed him, I suspect they are guessing. Maybe they have some questions about their own sexuality.
I find it interesting that the moderator edited my original post for using a scatalogical term but others can impune someone's character without fear of comment or edition.
