When former Attorney General Ramsey Clark isnt defending Saddam Hussein, or giving speeches for the crypto-Stalinist International ANSWER, hes acting as counsel for the Palestine Liberation Organization, trying to prevent families of murdered Jews from collecting on judgments against the PLO.
Today he lost:...
WASHINGTON
The Supreme Court refused Monday to overturn a $116 million judgment against the Palestine Liberation Organization in the deaths of a Jewish couple near the West Bank.
The PLO, and its governmental entity, had been sued in federal court in Rhode Island over the 1996 drive-by shooting of Yaron Ungar, an American citizen, and his Israeli wife, Efrat, as the couple returned home from a wedding.
The familys relatives argued that the PLO and Palestinian Authority provided a safe haven and operational base for the Islamic militant group Hamas, which was responsible for the attack.
A judge issued a default judgment after the PLO did not respond to requests for depositions from Yasser Arafat and others.
Former Attorney General Ramsey Clark, the lawyer for the PLO, told justices in the appeal last month that Ungar relatives have commenced sweeping national and international efforts to collect the millions of dollars, including an attempt to seize Palestines U.N. Mission building in New York.

Sadly, our tax dollars will be funneled to the PLO to make up for any judgment collected. For some reason, Bush seems to think these terrorists are with us as opposed to against us.
Who in their right mind would hire this fool for a deense attorney?
> For some reason, Bush seems to think these

I suspect it has to do with:
a. The Pali thugs only attack Israel.
b. They are very careful to not threaten the US.
c. We are not yet poised to make enemies of, and fight,
the entire Arab world.
So we let the PA situation smolder, and let these
particular terrorists show the world who they really
are.
Keeping a leash on the IDF is one thing, but we could
do with some more honesty about Mordor on the Med (Gaza).
How about just taking it from Yaz-zers bank account. He had millions banked away from his theft of "Palestinian money."
Neither of those guys had any appeal whatsoever anyway.
Hate is not strong enough a word for how I feel about Clark.
Seriously now, what the hell is wrong with Ramsey Clark? He is an American, yet he hates America. He chooses to stand for every cause that harms America. He stands with all of those who wish America ill. What the hell is wrong with him?! Isn't it time for somebody really smart to answer that question?
Think of him like this: R-A-M-Z-I
Well, maybe this has the potential for a thinning of the herd. Is it one, or two of the Saddam defense attorneys who have been murdered since the trial started.
With two of Saddam Hussein's lawyers murdered recently, Ramsey Clark sure is quite the fanatic to put his life on the line for that monster.

So we let the PA situation smolder, and let these particular terrorists show the world who they really are.The world has had 30+ years to see who the PLO is. And just because the "Pali thugs" have not threatened/attacked the US yet does not mean that they won't in the future. By letting this cancer fester we only risk endangering ourselves further in the future. Trying to deny the families of terrorism their money is just plain wrong.
Hes a freekin Commie
The enemy within
Too bad the Seditition Act is not still in effect.

I'm not willing to do the reasearch, but anecdotally Ramsey seems to lose many of his cases.
