Last week a 19 yo National Gaurdsman returned back home after serving this great country of ours since last April. I guess his family has its troubles and no one was there at the airport to greet him, that broke my heart. He called my friend and her family from the airport so she was able to talk to him. He is flying in to stay with my friend and her family over Thanksgiving. She is arranging for a number of us to greet him at the airport on Saturday night. I was hoping some of my fellow freepers would send him some welcome home messages that I would give to him......
Please pass along another welcome home, and thanks for his service.
Dear Soldier,
Welcome home! Thank you so much for your hard work, and for the personal sacrifices you have made, to keep us safe here at home. You will never know how much we appreciate what you have done for us. You are good, you are brave, and you make us proud! We are so happy that you are home now. We love you, and we know that God loves you. May God bless you abundantly in the weeks and months ahead!
Welcome home, Soldier and thank you for your service. I have two who are close to me in Iraq and hope to see them come home safe and sound too, my heart is with you!

Hey Mr. S - can you ping your Indiana Norad group to this? A soldier returning home to Indianapolis will have no one to greet him at the airport. I know FREepers would like the chance to be involved!!
Liberty Rocks, do you know anyone in Indy?
Thank you for your service.
We are so very proud of you.
Welcome home, Soldier.
Dear Serviceman, Your service and bravery are humbling and inspiring. Thank you for putting your life on the line to protect me and all of our fellow Americans. You make us proud, and you keep us free. At this Thanksgiving time, surely God will hear you and your fellow servicemen lifted up time and time again in prayers of praise and gratitude. |
Welcome home and Godspeed in all that you do!
