At the bottom with Blanco is Ohio governor Bob Taft and Mark Sanford of South Carolina. I know that Taft is a disaster but I remember reading that Sanford was a pretty good guy. Does anyone know why he would be keeping company with Blanco?

Whoa. Wait a doggone minute! How about Governor Cheesesteak of PA...did ya forget him? His regular job is as a color commentator for the Eagles, but when he has time, he signs legislation to raise the salaries of legislators, judges and himself. Oh, he also works a little on bringing slots to PA, so it can reduce the average homeowner's annual taxes by the phenomenal sum of $300. Woo hoo !!
