Everyone knows the Rats are behind this MD4BUSH story.

Just one of their many many smear campaigns against the Republicans. They cannot beat us in the arena of ideas and public opinion so they smear us, throw mud, cry foul, and claim racism at every turn.

It will not stop until they are caught red handed in cahoots with the old media in a conspiracy and someone pays for it politically, someone with stature, someone the Rats really needed.

WBAL's I-Team are hot on the trail. I wonder when the DemocRAT party will give up their person (people?) who played the part of "MD4BUSH," and when will the Washington ComPost come clean on their apparent involvement in making this story?

Sure they want direct the blame to one guy. I believe that's to take the heat off the WaPo. Just hours after MD4BUSH posted NCPAC's freepmails on the forun, the WaPo published the story. And MD4BUSH's heads-up email (the address of which eventually gave him away) told fellow dems to keep an eye out for the WaPo story. The WaPo in knee deep in this mess.

I heard rumors of O'Malley’s dalliances over three years ago, reportedly from the troopers assigned to him.

Party leaders said MD4BUSH doesn't warrant an investigation

Great memory you have, SolidSupplySide. Thanks for digging that up for those of us following the story.
(And that includes the MD DemocRAT party folks and Washington ComPost reporters and editors who may be worriedly lurking these threads.)

My perfect storm scenario is a number of investigations releasing new 9/11 / CIA / Able Danger reports weeks before the 2006 election .. all of them concluding that a vast left wing conspiracy had attempted to cover-up all the intentional security lapses that led up to the largest attack ever on our homeland and that members of the Senate and House were complicit in the cover-up as well as the actual data gathered that saw it coming or at least knew its key players were here and had been for some time.

Hey, a guy can dream, right? ;-)

I wonder what we don't know, like, who's really behind this scandal?

If they were under oath, we'd know all the other ways they're messing with FreeRepublic.

It is very doubtfull that only the Compost and the Md rats are the only moles messing Free Republic.

How many other rats and members of Moveon.com are here, pretending to be republicans, the true conservatives, lifetime Bush voters and maybe worse?

Now we have to drive home that every thing said by MD4BUSH was known 9 months ago, so why did they wait until now to speak up about it.

Because David Collins of WBAL-TV is very close to proving MD4Bush is a Democrat operative.

More interesting quotes from the archives ...

House Speaker Michael E. Busch said Ehrlich's effort to switch attention from Steffen to the source of the reports of his activities looks desperate. "It's like getting caught speeding and telling the officer, 'The three guys in front of me were going faster. Why didn't you catch them?'" Busch said.

"Why do we need to send the disk for a forensic study to begin with? To somehow justify that this (investigation) is going to be unbiased or to cover their backsides," Busch said.

http://www.freerepublic.com/focus/f-news/1406677/posts

During the radio interview, Ehrlich confirmed that his chief counsel had written Frosh to question his ability to be impartial during the investigation. Ehrlich also said he has "a strong suspicion" that Frosh knows the identity of the anonymous Web poster who prodded Steffen into discussing efforts to smear O'Malley.

Frosh denied that and called the discussion of the anonymous Web poster, who used the handle MD4BUSH, a "pretty transparent attempt to change the subject."

http://www.washingtonpost.com/wp-dyn/content/article/2005/07/23/AR2005072300939.html?nav=rss_metro/md

Finney's decision to question members of the media troubled one lawmaker who called for the investigation by the Ehrlich administration, as well as legal and media experts.

"I hope he's not doing this on state time," said Sen. Brian E. Frosh, a Montgomery County Democrat. "It's a waste of taxpayers' money.

"It's not his job to ask the question; it's not [the media's] job to answer," Frosh said. "It's the other way around."

Here's what MD4Bush said about Barack Obama:

Dude, I would vote for Keyes in a heartbeat over Barrack Obama bin Laden. I'M GOP and will always be. It's a shame that so many GOPers in IL don't feel the same. But it is the reality, we should have fielded a better candidate, that is our job and we failed.
