Thrilled that the repulsive NEA will no longer be able to use my union dues to promote the liberal views.

Too bad the courts will overturn the outcomes we are for.
To: Parley Baer
Me too.
75 is the big one. The democrat/union scam is busted finally.

I'm interested to see if the handgun ban is going to pass or not. The Chronicle actually endorsed a NO vote on that item, which is surprising.

These days, it hardly matters what the will of the people is with these Propositions. Whatever the California voters decide, if it doesn't jibe with the Left's socialist agenda, the Leftists just file legal injunctions against the passage of the propositions.
Naturally, the 9th Circus gleefully goes along with the Democrats on every issue. Then the matter goes to the Supreme Court which scarcely gives a damn and either upholds the 9th circus or remands it back to them for a do-over (so they can keep holding it tied up in courts for years).
Eventually, the governor's office falls back into Democrat hands and they refuse to champion the will of the people and the entire effort dies without further effort.

75 appears to be the only one in the hunt. It will be tight. The absentees will have a big conservative bias on this issue.

73, 74, 75, 76, and 77 all passing in my county (Nevada).
Looks like 73, 74 and 75 will pass statewide. Too bad about the state budget, but it looks like a good night!
