The Protection of Pupil Rights Amendment (PPRA) (20 U.S.C. § 1232h; 34 CFR Part 98) applies to programs that receive funding from the U.S. Department of Education (ED). PPRA is intended to protect the rights of parents and students in two ways:* It seeks to ensure that schools and contractors make instructional materials available for inspection by parents if those materials will be used in connection with an ED-funded survey, analysis, or evaluation in which their children participate; and
* It seeks to ensure that schools and contractors obtain written parental consent before minor students are required to participate in any ED-funded survey, analysis, or evaluation that reveals information concerning:
1. Political affiliations;
2. Mental and psychological problems potentially embarrassing to the student and his/her family;
3. Sex behavior and attitudes;
4. Illegal, anti-social, self-incriminating and demeaning behavior;
5. Critical appraisals of other individuals with whom respondents have close family relationships;
6. Legally recognized privileged or analogous relationships, such as those of lawyers, physicians, and ministers; or
7. Income (other than that required by law to determine eligibility for participation in a program or for receiving financial assistance under such program).Parents or students who believe their rights under PPRA may have been violated may file a complaint with ED by writing the Family Policy Compliance Office. Complaints must contain specific allegations of fact giving reasonable cause to believe that a violation of PPRA occurred.

I'm betting they will find ties to the OFF Scandal
He is flaunting money and the material things he has like there is no tomorrow ..
Where did he get all that money?
I missed those...so they were fair? They took up for our military guys.....I would be shocked if they did!
That's great. I will make certain that class is not taught until high school.
Please ping me. Thanks.
They ignored it, I suppose, just like they ignore the US Constitution.
Bought gas yesterday here in PA and gas was $2.25
They're insane. I certainly hope that SCOTUS decides to reinstate the Federal protections slaps down the 9th Circus' latest "opinions."
Yep... being sarcastic.
our gas is down to 2.27 a gallon.
I hope The American Thinker finds what they are looking for...that would be swwwwweeeeet! Joe Wilson the fake, fraud, french-lover!
I might be mistaken, but I thought I heard on the TV that a gallon of Starbucks coffee is about $ 33.00.
It just occurred to me, Tony is sick and defcon is sick. Hmmmm *scratching head*
That's about what it is here...at Sam's. In Lubbock, 120 miles north, it was $1.16, according to a friend of mine! Going down anyone?
LOL, now lets just nip this exercise in tin foil hat wearing in the butt!
That's what I read yesterday. It is just horrible that schools, supported by this court decision, are trying to take over our children....much like Hillary's It Takes a Village mentality. They must be stopped RIGHT NOW.
