That's true if they know in advance. But if he has a news conference about his trip to South America and the first question will be about the Plame crap, he can just unload. Do you think they would cut away during that? The first, second and nearly every question has been about that crap for a long time now. And I would love to see him just unload. I know, wishful thinking.

Hearing the same comments by the various politicians and liberal pundits reinforces the opinion they are working a plan, and using talking points to develop it. The Democrats 'must' have someone more than Libby thrown out in order to justify their claim of WH corruption and that Bush & Co has a "pattern" of lies and mistakes. Also why they keep bringing Reagan and Bush Sr. up as cleaning out the WH at some point in their second term.

They are working on the "everyone does it" excuse for comparisons to Clinton versus Bush 43, IMHO. They are losing their sanity over not being able to catch Bush doing the things Clinton did.

I would imagine most questions are to most guests.

I don't think so. So far, the only two that I have seen that have clearly gotten a heads up on anything more than general topics are Kennedy and Hillary.

Sky but that is nearly as bad therefore the majority of the time I watch its sister channel FNC.

ITN (the terrestrial commercial news outlet) news used to be better than the BBC but only marginally.

On the other hand our newspapers are more balanced than yours and there are several right wing ones. Daily Express, Daily Mail and Daily Telegraph.

Bush "Sr." didn't have a second term. ???

But, your point about RATs "losing their sanity over not being able to catch Bush doing the things Clinton did" is so right, in a nutshell!

I remember "Pebble Mill at One" from Birmingham and ITV(I think it was ITV) from East Anglia. Of course, that was back in the 70's!

"Not Bush's job, that IS the job of the Conservative Pundits. Bush's job is to be President of ALL the people, not just the Conservative Punditry. When are they going to get off stupid and start fighting for the Movement's agenda? Frankly sick of this non stop whining from the Conservative Punditry.

Who are the Conservative Pundits - I can name one - Brit Hume --- but what other strong conservative is there? I had hopes for FoxNews but they are so sloppy in their reporting and interviewing.

I doubt we'll ever see Teddy with anyone qualified to question his opinions. Kennedy loses it every time he's confronted with pesky facts. Coburn or Sessions would have Teddy foaming at the mouth were they interviewed together.

Gee John I guess the President just considers you media morons "seconds" to his real job. Gee how depressing for you.

McCain thinks that by supporting anti torture legislation he gets to mention that he was a POW. He is going to pull the same campaign schtick that Kerry did. It's going to be all about Viet Nam.

This WH has the worst PR of any admin in recent history -- and that is the fault of W.

Maybe because all the people that are SUPPOSE to be on W's side keep sticking in their own knives. I have NEVER seen such a complete lack of any sort of emotional or mental discipline as that demonstrated daily by the "Conservative" pundits.

ITV is the commercial TV franchise in my area it is Meridian. They have good local news and go over to ITN (Independent television news) for national. On the whole national news from ITN is better than BBC but not much.

I believe that the magazine program Pebble Mill has finally gone that used to be good lunch time light discussion show.

No problem.... just deflate Teddy of the obvious BS that's in him and he only weighs 25 pounds. Then they can blow him back up before every interview.

I understand that McCain was tortured when he was a POW does that make him Qualified to wright a bill outlawing torture ?

The CIA (not the military maybe) needs to do what it needs to do. Period. This is not something that should be discussed in an open public forum.

True. Bush Sr. did not have a second term. I was thinking of the second one to clean house and my brain disengaged for a minute there as I wrote that. Please disregard my poor excuse for brain cells. My grey matter failed me.
