Tenth night sees no end to French riots (Will the fifth republic fall as Muslims hijack Europe?)

PARIS (Reuters) - Gangs of youths torched more than 1,000 vehicles overnight in the tenth straight night of violence in Paris's poor suburbs, despite the deployment of thousands of extra police.

In the past few days the rioting has been spreading to other French towns. On Saturday night, cars were burned out for the first time in central Paris, in the historic third district. And in the normally quiet Normandy town of Evreux, a shopping mall, 50 vehicles, a post office and two schools were gutted.

The violence began after the deaths of two men apparently fleeing police, and as the expression of pent up anger by young men, many Muslims of North and black African origin, at police treatment, racism, unemployment and their marginal place in French society.

Authorities have increasingly blamed the rolling nightly riots on organized crime gangs. But despite consultations with community leaders, young people and local officials, Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin has failed to offer a clear path out of the crisis.

The deaths of those two brain surgeons who decided to hide next to an electrical panel and got fried , is of course only an excuse to riot. The way to stop this is to start burying the offenders.

Looks like they had a terrible night last night, and all the reports are not even in yet.

This sentence caught my eye:

"Brûler une école, c'est inacceptable mais celui qui a mis le feu c'est Sarkozy", déclarait samedi soir un parent d'élève de Grigny.

"Burning a school is unacceptable, but the one who set the fire is Sarkozy," said the parent of a student in Grigny on Saturday evening.

Yeah. Right. But that's what you're going to see, and the campaign will be to get rid of Sarkozy and his point of view (which is that Muslim areas should be as law-abiding and safe as non-Muslim ones). I bet that France will probably give in and set up separate Muslim-governed districts, which is what the Muslims are demanding now.

It's quite easy to see that the blame for this unrest lies squarely upon the shoulders of Charles Martel.

I saw a fleeting report yesterday that a photographer in France (I'm not sure if the place was near Paris or another area) was beaten to death by the mob. He obviously wasn't from a major paper or anything international, or it would have gotten more coverage, I assume. There were no more details about it and I haven't seen it since.

I have a standing bet that the first concession will be headscarves in schools.

"10 days, and they haven't found out who to surrender to??? Slippng ain't they?"

They tried to surrender to the Germans, purely out of habit, but the Germans passed, and told the French they didn't want to inherit anymore stinking moo-slimes.

It has to be. It amazes me how the new definition of democracy is now minority rule for most democrat countries. I think minorities have mastered the old form of South African government.

I think that was actually before the riots broke out (not kidding). I read the same thing elsewhere.

I'm shocked and surprised that the defeatist and congenitally wimpish French haven't folded............yet.

Perhaps, the white flags are being used as diapers by the French leadership as they have undoubtedly been soiling themselves watching the muslim hordes destroy their beloved France.

No, I believe the MSM are deliberately suppressing reports of deaths and serious injuries, much like they are obscuring that the rioters are Muslims. The media is acting, in effect, like an arm of the Islamic movement to partition France into Muslim and non-Muslim regions.

The frogs have refused to surrender. They however are willing to capitulate and collaborate.

On the bright side, this means Turkey doesn't get into the EU.

Does ANYBODY believe this?!

I believe there were no reports. Look at what the MSN doesn't report in this country in order to shape the news.

Found this.

"in Epinay-sur-Seine held a minute's silence for a photographer beaten to death in front of his family in a street robbery."
