Is Prince Charles being groomed to become the Constantine of Islam in England?
Prince Charles has arrived to America to for an eight-day tour. His mission is to persuade W. Bush and the Americans of the merits of Islam. He has voiced private concerns over America s "confrontational" approach to Muslim countries and its failure to appreciate Islam's strengths. He thinks United States has been too intolerant of the religion.
What is behind this interest in Islam? Why would the Prince of Wales become an ambassador of this Arabian religion?
In a 1997 Middle East Quarterly article titled "Prince Charles of Arabia," Ronni L. Gordon and David M. Stillman looked at evidence that Britain s Prince Charles might be a secret convert to Islam.
This claim was put forward by no less a personage than the grand mufti of Cyprus : "Did you know that Prince Charles has converted to Islam. Yes, yes. He is a Muslim. I can't say more. But it happened in Turkey . Oh, yes, he converted all right. When you get home check on how often he travels to Turkey . You'll find that your future king is a Muslim." 2

don't laws exist to notify ppl of such hideous things?
Thanks for the ping. I hope the Queen doesn't make Prince Charlie the King. There was a time when it would have been unthinkable because of his adultery, but I guess that time has passed.
Apparently all the tens of thousands of people who live in the towns he has helped to plan like them, too. No surprise: they were indeed designed by a professional, the renowned architect Andres Duany.
Congratulations, I guess, but it isn't entirely clear how your particular choice of an architect renders Charles's views and tastes (or mine) invalid. He is doing one good thing in his life, helping to create livable new towns for English people to live in, and the reference to beautiful, comforting, proven styles of architecture is not so different from or less worthwhile than what Alexander attempts to do.
When exactly was this time?
She was examined by a host of doctors before she married and she was a virgin! The crown has defined demands for those who may carry the line. She was innocent at that time.
What he made of her is another matter.
Hate and name the woman what you all want but what she became can be traced directly to what was done to her.
Apparently he did five years in the Royal Navy. That was about 30 years ago though.
Chacun à son gout. They don't leave me cold, or the scores (or hundreds?) of thousands who live happily in these new towns.
I wonder; did he have any training at all ?
I doubt it. Why? What difference does that make? He's not setting himself up as an architect; he has merely supporting or publicizing a style of tradition-based living. Since the people who live in these places seem deeply loyal to them, it is unclear that the amount of formal training the royal publicist has makes any difference to their basic validity.
