I can hardly wait for comments by Reid, Schumer, Kennedy & Leahy - the four stooges!
"Stooges" is too polite. They are Jackasses, along with Hillary Klinton, Billy Klinton, Boxer, Feinstein, Pelosi, Dean, Corzine, Biden, Kerry, Levin, Nelson, Obama ..... All members of the Jackass Party, allied with the terrorists and collectivists, seeking to undermine our Constitution, capitalism and freedom.

You mean there's actually proof of something in their heads?? It's gotta be bean bag stuffing, right?

Let's see...Bolton is in the UN. Taxes were cut. Military has been strengthened. No backing down on Kyoto. I could go on, but you get my drift. None of this was conservative? He didn't do this on his own?
And since Miers withdrew, he chose to go with someone conservative, rather than someone who is a moderate. That also was HIS decision.
You absolutely make my point. When he does something you don't like, the blame is all his. When he does something you like, the credit belongs to you, not the President.
Thank you for explaining things so well. I now understand your thinking, and will take it into account when I read future posts from you.

But earlier on FNC .. Judge Napolitano mentioned a Judge that was on the same circuit as Alito ... that she was Trump's sister
I didn't catch her name .. do you know who it is?

One of these days he's going to hurt himself rushing to the cameras and microphones.

I believe gender had nothing to do with Bush's choice.

You are wrong again.
From an ideaology and timeline standpoint, Rehnquist was the second opening and Alito is the second nominee. Alito is replacing Rehnquist (forget the Chief Justice label).
You are swallowing the MSM angle.

Huh? I'm a private practice lawyer, and I can tell you that it has no relevance to being qualified for the Supreme Court.

***Hennican asserted the case was husband consent, but it really was husband notification***
Not to split hairs but the pencil neck geek, Hennican, was 'kind of' correct:
"the Pennsylvania Abortion Control Act of 1982: 3205, which requires that a woman seeking an abortion give her informed consent prior to the procedure...
But there were other parts of the law too. Informed consent of one parent for a minor was one.
PLANNED PARENTHOOD OF SOUTHEASTERN PA. v. CASEY, 505 U.S. 833 (1992)

Okay, I heartily supported Miers. However, I recognized that it was a good thing that she withdrew her nomination. I still think she would have been a solid voice on the court. But I am really jazzed about Alito!
Now, I humbly submit that all the squawkers at FR and the haughty pundits had better be absolutely willing go to the mat in support of Alito! People wanted a fight? Fine. Now don't slink away and watch from the grandstands! The spineless wonders in the Senate will need a lot of poking in the back with sharp objects to ensure they stay in the fight!

If Whitey had to just face a Mass court he wouldn't have had to go on the lamb.
