Nope, worse than that!

The got Martha for having a secretary changing material info on a computer ( it was later changed back, but the secretary "fixed" Martha's grammar, so it was then still TAMPERED with !); hence obstruction of justice.

Libby couched his words, while answering a GJ juror's question. That's what Fitz says was perjury. BIG difference.

None of this entire case makes any sense except for the war between career bureaucrats in all of the Agencies against this White House. THAT is very, very scary.

It's also interesting that when the Dems are reciting the erroneous intelligence about WMD and Iraq they now use "this Administration lied".
