OK, Let's hear what Levin has to say.
Fritz had key moments of being nervous. He knows he doesn't have much info about the original intent of his investigation. Even the MSM seems puzzled by his inability to charge Libby with disclosing Plame's indentity. Why can't he charge Libby with disclosing her identity? Fritz cannot prove Libby's intent. He admitted it on TV today.
Anyone know if ENTRAPMENT is a crime any more?
Yep, perhaps we found the other half of her brain in Wislon.
I bet the DUmmies are convinced Fitz is keeping the investigation open so he can get Rove. It's the only way their spirits could possibly be up after the announcement.
Did you recall the comment near the beginning of the news conference as Fitz stated - "it was not widely known outside the CIA that Plame worked for them" - what the hell does that mean? - 'not widely known' - it certainly appears it was known to quite a few non-CIA/government people Plame was CIA.
You chose the better part.
Meaning that whether she was covert or not is classified information
Bush to speak at 3:50pm
They should be the ones stepping up fighting since W has to show he was glad justice was served and the investigation will continue (he can't say he's innocent, too risky). The Reps can come out and play a Delay card.
I love Victoria! She is awesome!
Say anything about a minority and you are in trouble! (like the white air force football coach saying black athletes are superior to whites and getting nailed for it!! ??)
Toensing is on now.
Ditto....
Who podcasts... I need a copy of this for later to transcribe.
and a red-head!
Those sandwiches are making me HUNGRY. I am considering yellow cake for dinner... or late lunch.
Not to mention that she worked in an office at CIA headquarters-man, if this is how we keep our secret agents secret I really AM worried about our national security...
For us Levin fans, here's Mark's first post-press conf comments over at NRO:

THE PRESS CONFERENCE [Mark R. Levin]
What I resent about this press conference is the effort by Fitzgerald to paint Lewis Libby as outing a cover CIA operative, jeopardize national security, and harm CIA recruitment. As many times as I have now read this indictment, I see obstruction, perjury and false statements. I see no charges relating to any of this rhetoric. And so we now have some news reports claiming that Libby outed a CIA agent when, in fact, as a matter of law, he's not even charged with that. As for the recitation of facts in the indictment, they will now be put to the test by defense counsel, who will have an opportunity to question the government's witnesses (including Miller and Cooper), talk to their own witnesses, and conduct other discovery. People need to understand that this is just the first salvo.
Who told Novak?
