Can't wait for the indictments to come down for all the Clintonistas who trashed their enemies - and let's include Ms. Hillary in that group. American politics has really come down to a bunch of horse shit.

He's on his own. He should have thought about who would cover his flank when the chips were down before he nominated Harriet Miers. What's the great poker player going to do now with all his chips in the pot and a busted 10-high flush?

I'd hate to be in a foxhole next to you.

Yeah under oath with a defense lawyer exposing all the Beltway social circles the Wilsons and all the MSM people are a part of, Thats why the big push is on for the sheild law right now.

That's where the fight has to start so the media people have to answer in a court under oath about who knew the Wilsons and when.

Let 'em sit home.

I've never seen the figures you describe, so I didn't know the situation was that bad between the GOP and conservatives. That's a shame. I'm still not sure the GOP can afford to blow them off though.

"That's pretty damned dumb, don't you think? Take out your ire about Bush on your congressman?"

Exactly what I was thinking. I'm not going to go vote for my congressman because I don't like what is going on in Washington?!? Fat chance. Fact is, I rarely like what is going on in Washington, but I've never missed a chance to vote. It is my duty as a freedom loving American.

AARRGGHH!!!

My polling booth is half a block away... and it's downhill, to boot.

Haven't missed an election since I cast my first ballot for Tricky Dick... and No, I never voted for Stassen, but there's always a first time. (except he died some time back)

The New York Times hasn't said it because the New York Times is a Propaganda Rag that invents news. In this case the NYT wants to bring down President Bush. Its a po0litical hack rag. They are a disgrace. The woman who wrote the law says that there is no crime.

See http://www.investors.com/editorial/IBDArticles.asp?artsec=20&artnum=2&issue=20051019:

............There is no crime, according to attorney Victoria Toensing, who drafted the legislation in her role as chief counsel for the chairman of the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence. She says that under the statute the "outed" agent must have operated outside the U.S. within the previous five years, and Plame had given up her role as a covert agent in favor of a desk job in Langley, Va., nine years before the Rove interview, according to New York Times columnist Nicholas Kristof............

Excellent point. My question is if Fitzgerald is such a hard-a$$ prosecutor then where are the leaks coming from? He certainly knows they are illegal.... also, did the slimes say there had been a targe letter mailed to Rove and/or Libby? If not, then where is this coming from? Wishful thinking????

Here's something to ponder: Can they afford to blow the GOP again?

Rove and Libby have been advised that they may be in serious legal jeopardy........

What's blowing my mind is the fact that Sandy Burglar,
a man who was caught RED HANDED (and FOOTED) stealing
classified documents from the National Archives,
was just hired as a consultant for a teevee show,
and will have his security clearance reinstated,
just in time for the beneficiary of said teevee show to hire
him for her 2008 run for the White House.
Now, where'd that White Rabbit go?..........

"What sorts of illegal activities do you think the President has been involved in?"

He's not a liberal. That's punishable by political death. I tell you, the Democrats really suck. Anyone who trusts those people is a fool.

Have a little faith in the basic intelligence of the American electorate.

Sorry. You're askig too much. I'll give you better than even odds that, no matter how the war on terrorism is succeeding, if the economy turns sour, the same electorate that put her criminal, treasonous husband into office twice is gonna put Hillary there in '09.

No, he won't if he thinks it's in his interests not to do so.

Though Arbitron figures are hard to come by, it appears that Rush has lost almost half his audience.

He used to have about 20 million listeners per week.

It appears that he now has about 11 million.

Lawrence O'Donnell is on with Tucker Carlson saying that Karl Rove's attorney has been the one leaking all this information for the last few months.

Can they afford to blow (off) the GOP again? No. Not with Hillary lurking in the shadows. Your point is taken.
