The video is a CNN video located at the "Impeach Blanco" site. Located on the right, just a little down. Says "Free Video".I saw the video link but since the article said it was "off-camera" I didn't bother to down-load it.

It was Dick Cheney disguised as Karl Rove who was disguised as George Bush finding a way to cover the fact that the delay was created because no one was available at Haliburton to sign the no bid business contract to get the ball rolling. /s Now my head REALLY hurts!

On the second day of the NO flood, when the President was taking questions, one reporter asked, "What about Roe vs Wade?" Replied the prez,"I don't care how they leave, as long as they get out of town." Heh! That's good.

If the GOP can't defeat her in 07 with all the NOLA Dems being in other states, still that year, they don't deserve to win.

See #23. Also, interesting that she said that (on Saturday) Bush really wanted to help.

The media is becoming more and more surreal. It's fascist!
Their agenda is VERY CLEAR. They won't stop till them have one of their own in office. Meanwhile the sheeple, believe them - no matter how outrageous. It's scary ... .

Thanks for the ping. I'd like to see Blanco and Nagin grilled on camera by a hostile Congressional committee, as Mike Brown was, but I suppose it isn't likely to happen.

The media is becoming more and more surreal. It's fascist! When reporters became journalists it became surreal and that was a long time ago.
Fascist?
But isn't the MSM at the forefront of the fight to prevent Fascism? /s

It's a tough call ... ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC ... it's a tough call. Even Fox gets questionable and then there's O'Reilly ... he has his socialist views and defining punishment down moments ... .It's a horse race ... .

It's a tough call ... ABC, CBS, NBC, MSNBC ... it's a tough call. Even Fox gets questionable and then there's O'Reilly ... he has his socialist views and defining punishment down moments ... .It's a horse race ... . It used to be "black and white" and now it's "gray"....
So when "reporters" are the one's at question, then they become "journalists" and when they are journalists, their "opinion" is focus and nowadays more prevalent than the news they are reporting.
Thank Gawd for the likes of FR!

Blanco's letter to GW was about asking him to declare a state of emergency in Louisiana; however, she never requested military assistance. By her own admission to her press secretary between TV interviews, and while she didn't know the cameras were rolling, she said: I really needed to call for the military and I should have asked for it in the first call.
The first time she asked for help to the federal government... we need all the help we can get, she assumed --and this is something she kept saying over and over again-- the federal government was going to do her job. The job of a governor isn't based on assuming someone else would do her job when things get tough, but to be prepared for a situation like this just as the governor of Florida is prepared when hurricanes hit his state, and we don't hear about shootings, pillage and rapes without their own government officials acting drastically upon them as opposed to Louisiana's officials whose whining and complaining were the better part of their jobs.
There is enough material on this link to impeach her.
