Rush: Opening show with mention of Arlen's reference to the lynch mob mentality. (Punditocracy)
Playing clips of Dobson regarding his prior discussions about the nominee with Rove.
Clips of Specter now, saying if there are/were backroom deals we ought to find out.
Rush: Fine Senator, then ask every Democrat what kinds of questions are being written for the likes of Feinstein, etc. We know it's happening, let's get it out there.

A Republican Senator calling conservatives a "lynch mob", should be more controversial than this. I'm really outraged at Specter and Gillespie right now.

Hmm remember that Republican Senate Staffer who was fired for making public files he found on a Public Committee room computer? Are we going to have an investigation of the "improper back room deals" struck between the Democrat Senators and the Liberal activists groups on the Democrat Judaical filibuster?
