(Part 2) Breaking on FR -- WASHINGTON POST Doing Blockbuster Story on Peter Paul and Hillary!

Amazingly, not even Hillary Clinton could not stop it. The WASHINTON POST MAGAZINE on Sunday, October 9 is running an 8,000-word cover story about the largest campaign finance fraud on record. The fraud occured during the 2000 senate race between then First Lady Hillary Clinton and New York Congressman Rick Lazio.

According to the government prosecutor's own numbers in the criminal trial of David Rosen, entrepreneur Peter Paul was induced to spend in excess of $1.2 million on a series of fundraisers for Hillary Clinton that culminated with the largest private concert Hollywood had ever seen. Paul actually believes the number was approximately $1.9 million.

The "Hollywood Gala Salute to President Clinton" was a farewell tribute to Bill and a fundraiser for Hillary. Paul spent the money with the promise that the President would join his company, Stan Lee Media, as a goodwill ambassador after he left the White House. Bill, Hillary, and several others are defendants in Paul's unprecedented and historic civil lawsuit. That lawsuit is expected to reach a Los Angeles superior courtroom early in 2006. Witnesses will include some of Hollywood's elite.

Paul will be receiving a copy of the story on Saturday. He is not yet certain of the final content but has been told that "the Clintons are not going to like it." That does not necessarily mean, however, that it will be a figurative stake to the heart of Hillary. Paul is also expecting the usual attacks on him.

The story could create shockwaves in Washington. Paul is not entirely sure why the WASHINGTON POST is doing the story at this time. After the trial of David Rosen trial, interest in the story, such as it was, died off in the mainstream media. The trial in the civil suit is still months away.

The timing could not be better. As Tom Delay faces charges regarding a matter that may or may not actually be a crime, this story will be front and center. It involves a massive coverup at the very highest levels of the Democratic Party -- Hillary Clinton, Bill Clinton, former DNC chair and current governor Ed Rendell, and former DNC chair Terry McAuliffe.

With full knowledge, Hillary allowed three fraudulent reports to be submitted to the FEC. Despite all of Paul's efforts to force Hillary to correct the record and return the illegal contribution, Hillary has remained untouchable and above the law.

Paul is prepared for the attacks that will be coming from the Clinton machine. That is their standard operating procedure -- attack the messenger. It wouldn't matter if he were Attilla the Hun. The documents, witnesses, and other evidence will tell the story.

Although the Rosen trial generated very little interest with the mainstream media, the civil trial is expected to feature an overflowing courtroom. "Hillary Clinton, raise your right hand." For those who have been hoping that the Clintons would one day be brought to justice, those words will be music to their ears. A word of caution to those who really despise the Clintons. This is a civil trial. The Clintons will not end up in Gitmo.

Hillary, you'd better put some ice on that.

"Levin described himself as a dear, dear friend of the president, whom he met at a birthday party for Hillary in 1997."

Levin said he later met with the president at his request to discuss fund raising and that "it turned into a personal and business relationship."

The witness says he then began doing fund raising for the Democratic Party, organizing 30 or 40 events. Levin described Rosen as his "mentor" in politics.

In his testimony, Levin discussed a Chicago meeting that included himself, longtime Hillary aide *Kelly Craighead and Rosen.

Levin testified Rosen said at the meeting: "We didn't hear that; you didn't tell me that" while discussing the true cost of a Chicago fund-raiser involving Olivia Newton John.

It was at the Chicago meeting the group discussed the idea of staging the Hollywood gala.

Levin said he later reported directly to Bill Clinton about plans for the star-studded fund-raiser, saying Clinton was excited.

"The president was very impressed," Levin testified.

While Levin testified under cross examination that he had no conversations with the president about the cost of the gala "before the event," he was not asked about any talk of it after the fund-raiser took place.

"Levin largely confirmed everything [former Judicial Watch client] Peter Paul had been saying about the escalating cost, Peter's constant complaints about it and Rosen's refusal to deal with it."

Paul, a former Hollywood Internet entrepreneur and partner of "Spiderman" creator Stan Lee, says he spent nearly $2 million to produce the Hollywood gala and was repeatedly assured that his expenses would be reported to the Federal Election Commission, according to Judicial Watch.

Attorneys at Judicial Watch brought a lawsuit in 2001 on behalf of Paul against Bill and Hillary Clinton, Rosen and other Clinton representatives after Bill Clinton reneged on a $17 million deal to work for Paul's Internet companies after he left the White House and because Paul's expenses were not reported to the FEC.

* Kelly Craighead, assistant to the President of the United States and director of the advance team for First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton, paused for twenty minutes to describe her relatively rapid climb from Chico State student to intimate of the First Family.

She met Rodham Clinton, worked closely on the July 1992 Convention, and helped plan the presidential inauguration. In one of her album pictures, an ebullient Bill Clinton is snapped leaving the inauguration platform—and just ahead of him, in the background, is Kelly Craighead.

Craighead's first job was as a member of Rodham Clinton's advance team—the group of people that travels to a destination and plans every detail, down to appropriate dress and protocol, of a trip—and she now directs the advance team. Craighead scouts possible visits to countries or projects that further Rodham Clinton's agenda of improving women's health, education, and civil rights. She has visited over eighty countries, many of them with Rodham Clinton. Their most recent trip was to Africa this spring. Craighead mentioned South Africa, Indonesia, India, Bangladesh, and Russia as some of the more memorable trips.

One of the most satisfying aspects of her job is to be involved in Rodham Clinton's work to improve the lives of women worldwide, and to be able to witness, first-hand, the changes that Clinton's efforts have made. Rodham Clinton has taken the idea of micro-enterprises, a simple concept of making small loans to independent women entrepreneurs, to several third-world countries. One of the pictures in Craighead's album is of her with children in a village in Bangladesh, a site of one of the micro-enterprise projects. Women are loaned small amounts, from $50-100. Craighead likens it to the idea of our grandmothers' "egg-money." Although small, it enables women to empower themselves. "The loan repayment rate is a phenomenal 98 percent," said Craighead.
