In many Celtic societies the Pig or more appropriately the wild Boar was a sacred animal. I think maybe the neo-pagans should demand their right to display their sacred symbols and eat their sacred meat. That would be funny.

I believe Winnie the Pooh was created by a Britishman.

I just sent them an e-mail expressing my disgust with people who make an issue of every little thing that upsets them. This is more Political Correctness, sensitivity gone awry for a few Muslims who would destroy everyone’s tradition for their dislike of pork! One doesn’t eat a “Piglet”, that little fellow is history’s favorite little porker and friend of Pooh. Get a life Muslims!

Use the e-mail address above to condemn this stupid Politically Correct stance.

F--k Islam.

I saw a t-shirt that said that. If I weren't such a classy guy I'd wear it.

"In many Celtic societies the Pig or more appropriately the wild Boar was a sacred animal."

Don't the British have a Boar's Head Festival after the New Year? Just wait -- that will be the next target! If it were me, I'd leave my Piglet or whatever porcine ornament I had right where it is and dare them to come take it -- from my cold, dead hands!

What a group of inferior people that cannot stand the sight of a pig. No wonder they keep their women covered.

LOL! If there were a mosque in my town, I'd buy a pet pig just to take it for a walk out front!

I'd start bringing pork rinds and Spam sandwiches for lunch.

If I were working there, I wonder if I could go to the boss and tell him or her that Islamists offend me, that when innocent people are blown up by muslims, I'm offended.

Would they ban muslims in the workplace?

Of course not you would be called a bigot, if you did this it would be your last day at work. Be careful and fight the PC multiculturists at night and on the web. They have managed this movement very well and may yet overtake the world.

What they will do when the Muslims come for them is anybodies guess, but they probably think with their "higher" intellect that Muslims will select them to be their leaders.

It's connected with Christmas, which is apparently on its way out as well.

I want the t-shirt that says, in Arabic, "There is no God by Yahweh, and Moses is His prophet!"

Winnie the Pooh and Piglet are a cherished cultural tradition in the West, particularly England. Through stories of Pooh and Piglet, the English speaking West passes on some of our values to the next generation. Pooh and Piglet are symbols on cribs and in nurseries.

What is happening here is that a minority imported culture is finding cherished aspects, values and symbols of the native majority culture offensive. The majority culture is responding by trying to eradicate the offending symbols, undermining the celebration and passing on of their own culture. There is something wrong with this picture - sort of a mass Western cultural suicide.
