Should drilling be allowed in the Arctic National Wildlife Refuge?
This is a poll in our local Paper. Eagle River, Chugiak and Eklutna are just North of Anchorage.
The poll is in the right hand column.

The people who
live in Alaska know that ANWR is a God-forsaken wilderness above the tundra with barely any trees and hardly any wildlife. The people who
live in Alaska know that opening up the 1% of ANWR to drilling will provide jobs, money in the public coffers that filters back as payments to all Alaskans, and tax money for their state. The EcoIdiots who
don't live there, like always, consider themselves
so much smarter than the Alaskans that they have no trouble dictating to them just what they need to do with their own land.
Drill. Drill now. And while we are at it, since the USSC says we can seize land and give it to developers as long as it is "in the public good", we now need to claim all of the Gulf, all land off Calif-commie-fornia, and all the shale oil rock in the North-West and give it to Halliburton so we can be energy self-sufficient. "Drill now, Fusion tomorrow!"
Earth First! (When we are done strip-mining that, we make Mars our b!+ch.)

Eagle River is about 25,000. Chugiak, Peters Creek, Birchwood and Eklutna bring the total of the communities between Anchorage and the Mat-Su (Palmer-Wasilla) area to around 30,000. We are mainly a suburb of Anchorage; most the jobs are either there or the military bases.

The IDIOT Democrats should visit Mc allen ranch and get a lesson on wildlife. If you want to see giant white tail deer drive by and watch them graze next to the gas wells. The relay switches make a loud clicking noise and the deer don't notice it they are as fat and shinny as Hillary.I say Drill and help with the shortage of fuel that runs our country.
