The explosion happened at the courtyard near the George Lynn Cross Hall, Botany-Microbiology Building on OU's campus, which is west of the stadium, according to Sgt. Gary Robinson of the University police department. The explosion happened during the second quarter of Oklahoma's game against Kansas State. After the explosion, police set up a perimeter of several blocks and made fans exit the stadium to the east.

It seems quite peculiar that the bomber was just sitting on a bench across from the buses near the stadium and suddenly blows up.
I wonder if their targets were the fans and players who would be waiting in line for the buses. Could explain why the FBI impounded those buses.
It was from a post I read on here, but as I recall, the freeper posted what he'd heard from local reporters on the scene.
Also, I read in a linked article that a bus driver on the scene was knocked back from the blast. And PhiKapMom's son's friend was so close his face was red.
This is much bigger than anyone is letting on, imo.
Freeper PhiKapMom was at the stadium and the blast shook the stadium. That is NOT a pipe bomb.
They better find out damn quick if whatever blew up was a FIXED device or if it was MOBILE.

The FBI impounded the buses? I hadn't known that. Just trying to get caught up myself.

I don't know, Oxen. I thought I read upthread that the person was sitting on a bench near the buses. The person was blown to absolute bits and pieces.
Something about a subscription to his newletter and it was about attacks and that he should not be charinging for vital information about our security.
