Cool quiz, thanks. I came up with Judge Karen Williams.

Are you the only one who found Luttig? It would be interesting to find out what criteria went to each of our profiles.
I certainly would not be surprised if President Bush names someone who is not on these shortlists.
22 NO votes by the usual supects, I'm not surprised.
Even Ketchup Boy. That's got to be a first.
>>>Thanks....and the "definition" of this is..exactly???
"Donner Party Conservative"?
I'll take a bite at a definition: When the going gets tough, willing to eat your own....
Well, Mo1---it is just as I said last night...the dems are bringing up the Avian flu and trying to attach a 4 Billion dollar amendment to the DEFENSE SPENDING BILL....
BTW, Sen. Stevens asked that there be a motion to go to "morning business" during the time that John Roberts is sworn in as Chief Justice of the SCOTUS....
LOL---Reid immediately stood up and reinterated that instead of a recess during that time...that Senators be allowed to speak as if in morning busines...IOW---the idiots that want to act like children, are planning on NOT going to the White House..
and instead will prolly use that time to pick apart Bush!!!!
Sounds about right....but the reason I asked is....
there are times that I think some of the Republicans might just need a little "nudge" about certain things...some, more than others...and some subjects more than others..
I don't consider myself close to being a Donner Party Conservative, but I have been accused of being close to that, at times...
Therefore, if there is going to be an "official" designation of Donner Party Conservative...some of us would like a few characteristics listed, so that we can make sure that we understand the guidelines...
It might keep from bogging down threads with "false accusations"....and ??????? by people that are "out of the loop"...
Just my thoughts at this point...
Have you ever had a positive thought about the President? If so, you are not a member of the Donner Party. LOL!
Have I ever had a positive thought about the President???
I am blushing as I post this....uh, yes!!! LOL
Oh, you mean polticially? Yes---I am 99% behind Bush..and I won't get into what I am against...I am not in the mood!!
It would not surprise me
All they know how to do is stomp their feet and call names
They have no plan .. they have no vision and they have no future
I believe the term is used for those people who seem to be in a perpetual snit against the President. It isn't to be used for people who disagree with him on some issues. You have to have run across a few members of The Donner Party on some threads! They are pretty obvious.
I hope right after Bush swears Roberts in he turns to the press and says "I'm also announcing my next nominee to the supreme court: a) Janice Rogers Brown, b) Michael Luttig, c) John Ashcroft, d) Ted Olson, e) Edith Jones, f)Jeff Sessions.
Oh, I have...and never had a "name" for them before...
usually they are called "trolls", but then when you look at their home page...they are freepers for like 4-5 years!!!
NOW...I know...and you are a genius for the name you gave that group...
Levin, Lieberman, Dodd and Landoo! Damn!
This is John Roberts big day and I think the President will let him have his day in the sun before he makes his announcement pick
And let the Dems twist a little more :0)
It wasn't original with me...I stole it from someone who stole it from someone else. I do think it's a good name for them, though.
No surprises there.
500 - here comes the swearing-in.
