I meant Tony Snow of course, not Shepard Smith.

Me still waiting for Chief Moose to tell me to stop squirming on the ground at the gas station.

People are beginning to stare...I mean...more than usual.

So if I get this right ... Nagin has been gaining more federal funds or other funds by saying there were more cops on the payroll than there actually were. Yikes!

Tony Snow reported on his show that they (I believe the FBI ) is investigating the NOPD members that names are on the books. Of the 500 they have checked, only 80 of them actually exist.

Looks like they were padding the books.

Pretty easy to have those 100,000 police officers that Clinton called for when it looks like quite a few of them don't even exist.

In a horrible way, maybe katrina will actually benefit LA. Perhaps it will get rid of the corruption. Of course, people have gone to prison before in LA and the corruption continued.

WWL-TV Reporter Dennis Woltering says that NOPD Superintendent Eddie Compass is stepping down from that post.

No story yet...

Lifting the lid off a festering trash can . . . no wonder the crime rate in N.O. was so high!

FBI hot on Nagin's trail . . . Tony Snow must be really onto something with all the "phantom" cops on the payroll . .

Nagin might want to flee the country.

Tony Snow is the one that broke this phantom cop story this morning. Is Shep taking the credit now?

Anyone want to guess how many indictments we see because of Hurricane Katrina? It is exposing massive corruption.

Any wonder why Blanko did everything possible to keep the Feds out of the Big Easy? 800 dead people didn't bother her. Shining the light of day on her "election machine" did.
